This is definitely whats happening with mine so maybe during loading and pause screens when the fps is maxed out, the Freesync is going out of range? Phixsator. If Im at a steady 100fps I don't have any flicker but I assume that's because I'm at the top of the Freesync range (48-100hz on this). Phixsator.
